A Duplex was the choose for design for this investor on a residential block in Agnes Water.  The size of the duplex is deceiving from the outside of a small size, but surprisingly consists of corner kitchen with a roomy living area , 3 bedrooms and a smart bathroom. The laundry is hidden in the hallway behind concertina doors and works as a great space saver.

The external walls consists of Plank cladding on the lower section of the surrounds laid horizontally which become a feature with an vibrant colour. This colour has been brought inside for the internal feature wall. The upper section of the external walls are lined with flat FC sheeted with a coverstrip painted in a natural colour.  Timber louvers work together well with the outside features of the Duplex. The louvers also work as an excellent source for cross ventilation and easily adjusted for privacy purposes.

The roof is a feature within itself with the different levels of construction.
