The view to the point of the Agnes Water Beach assisted Mike with his designing process.  The outside of the home is cladded with Weathertex. This is laid at different directions so feature walls could be created with contrasting colours and bring the beach feel into the home.

A suspended carport leads into this coastal 3 bedroom home with an open plan kitchen, living area that leads out to large deck to capture the views to the beach.  An extra wide hallway on your entry gives you the feel of open space. 

Louvers were used throughout this home to provide the maximum cross ventilation and utilize the sea breezes.
